I am a trainee clinical psychologist completing my professional training under supervision at Sage Clinic, Dubai. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that every person has the capacity for growth and change when provided with the right support.

My practice draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) principles within a client-centered framework, ensuring that therapy is always tailored to each individual’s needs and values.
