What is the purpose of the group? 

Are you a mum navigating the beautiful journey of motherhood in the UAE? We know that raising children in the UAE brings both new and exciting opportunities alongside unique challenges. Just For Mums support group is a welcoming community, where mums can come together to celebrate the joys of motherhood and support one another with the bumps in the road. 

Who might benefit from this group?

Any and all mums, no matter what stage of motherhood you are at. 

Additional information 

• The group is free to attend. 
• Babies pre crawling are also welcome. A baby mat and toys are provided. 
• Refreshments will be provided for adults 

Facilitators

The group will be facilitated by Dr Charlotte Cousins, Clinical Psychologist, Lead for Child and Adolescent Mental Health and Education and Dr Bisi Laniyan, Clinical Psychologist
