Sage Support Groups

Depending on the nature of your problem, group therapy can be an ideal choice for addressing your concerns and making positive changes to your life. At Sage, group therapy sessions are led by one or more trained and experienced Psychologist with specialized training, who teach group members proven strategies for managing specific problems. Joining a group of strangers may sound intimidating at first, but groups can act as a support network. Listening to others will help you put your own problems in perspective.
Our Support Groups include:

  • Parenting Support Group.
  • Single Parents.
  • Coping with Cancer.
  • Infertility.
  • Divorce/Separation.
  • Support for families of autistic family members.
  • Support for families of family members suffering from an eating disorder.

  • Addictions.

Any individual that is struggling with any of the specific topics of our Support Groups.


Current Support Groups:

  1. Just For Mums: A space to celebrate the joys and seek support for the unique challenges of being a mother within the UAE!  | Every second Tuesday of the month.
  2. Rainbow Bumps and Babies: The support group provides a compassionate and understanding community where mothers can share their unique experiences, emotions, challenges, and joys as they navigate the journey of their rainbow baby. | Every last Thursday of the month.

  3. Online Crisis Support Group: A reflective and supportive space for adults affected by events in the region. | Every other Wednesdays
